Early 2012 the band leaks an unofficial version of a track from the new album entitled Roll The Dice. RTD would become the most remixed song ever published by SD so far. The song originally presented as a contestant song on Hard Rock Rising 2012 international contest leading Schooldrivers to the 1st place on the voting phase and the Greek stage battle finals at Hard Rock Cafe Athens.
Even in it’s bootleg version, RTD was greatly accepted by the audience getting a total of 5312 unique downloads (30 days period) serving as one of the most downloaded tracks of SD for the time.
The madness of the Greek crisis served as an inspiration for the music and the lyrics of the song, describing the struggle of a normal guy (a slave from 9 to 5). The subject of the song can be summed with the phrase: “It’s time to fight brother!”
Roll The Dice in it’s final version is a track included in Theronation, the new album by Schooldrivers.
